How to make a bandage stick longer?
I sprained my arm and my mother said to take the wrap bandage off when I shower, but when i re-wrap it it doesn’t stick! Which means the part exactly where you end it. Like the tapey component.

Really should I put on a knee support when exercising?
I seem to last with my knees the day right after i’ve done a few miles on my exercising bike and crosstrainer…would a knee help assist? Any warm up tactics or suggestions? I do the above as it is less influence on my joints

1st, evaluate or analyze your knee rotation and range mvement. If you dont feel standard. you have to correct it 1st by some correct stretching and strenghthening technique ( go to yoga /pilates class). Specifically if you genuinely like biking and sort of aerobic activity, you should have a great knee joints : strong but versatile, And also figuring out its function to your legs and body and which movement affect its well being ( all can be discovered with a competent trainer). Biking and cross coaching have less influence rather than running, but it doesnt mean that each single one has utilised their joints ( ankles, knee and hips joints) appropriately whilst moving on those stations.
Then, if you like doing coaching in long haul , recognize a lot more your physique when it is in emergency situation or not. And proper right after the coaching , analyze it. Always finished each tough coaching session with a very good and intense stretch to stay away from long term injury.
My conclution: get some rest, analysed your knee circumstance and consult to a competent trainer about some legs excercise to correct it. your legs needed to be strengthen and flexibilize only.
