How to remedy a sore throat and stuffy nose?
I’ve been sick with a sore throat and stuffy nose for about 4 days now. I have tried largely everything, gargling with salt water, tea, tylenol cold and cough.. Nothing at all assists. I know you are supposed to get a lot of sleep and i would adore totally nothing much more than to sleep but i cant sleep simply because of my nose and throat. I actually have to brace myself when i’m about to swallow. Please support.

hydrogen peroxide in each ear ought to help clear up that nose for you.

gargle with warm salt water alternate with warm water and hydrogen peroxide

Go to your drug shop and get some Tussin which ought to support your sore throat and stuffy nose.
