Not what I expected.

I feel the item has some disadvantages when utilizing the performance is poor. Use all the pads prior to qualifying but truly not good. I feel the expectations when you study what they state as a promoting point or not met by 30%. Not recommend it.

I have Lyme illness and have severe tendon pain and cramping in my legs at night…tried anything else supplement/diet regime-wise…my doctor recommended these (for other factors) and right after a few weeks use I realized they considerably decreased my leg cramps! Certainly I am no doctor and cannot state they will function for everyone but if they can take away leg cramps then I am sure they can do other good issues. I do not really think they are for the purpose of “pulling out toxins” but I think about they give your physique systems an additional improve for combating fatigue, and so on. I also discover my cramps get worse around the full moon, so I make confident to put on them each evening close to that time. In 5 yrs of making use of patches I have only had one main (as in I cannot walk on my leg for 24 hrs) cramp while wearing them! I also make sure to have them when I travel to assist combat fatigue from walking.
